Forklift operator level B3

Currently, we are looking for Forklift operator level B3 to support onshore activities in Baku base. 

Forklift operator level B3 is a part of base “Loading & Offloading” team and involved in forklift and crane operations

Applicants shall be capable to drive forklift and have appropriate certifications:  

• B3 or B2 certificate is MUST. 
• Forklift operator level B3– experience 5 years (only internationally approved third party certifications licensed by Local MES)
• Advantage: Working at height training – optional
• Advantage: operator – optional
• Knowledge of  English is preferred but not required. 
• Previous experience in companies with strong Safety culture is advantage 
• Base salary of 850 AZN net.

Head of Investment Analysis Section

The investment analysis department is a structural division of the Investment analysis and transactions department of the Company. The function of the department is the analysis of investment projects of group internal enterprises and departments, preparation of long-term and one-year capital plans.

Responsibilities:

• Organization of the work of the department and management of the staff;
• Analysis of capital investment projects by business divisions, preparation of investment recommendations;
• Verification of financial models prepared by the department’s analytical team, data consolidation and presentation;
• Implementation of coordination on the planning of large capital investment projects requiring technical expertise;
• Evaluation of PSA agreements in terms of investment function;
• Evaluating business plans of business units and segments requiring capital investment.

Job Requirements:

• Higher education in Business, Economics and Finance;
• Must have at least 3 years of work experience in a managerial position in the relevant field;
• Extensive knowledge of financial analysis and investments;
• Analytical thinking and presentation skills;
• Achievements in relevant certification (ACCA, CFA, CIMA, etc.);
• Fluent Azerbaijani and English language skills;
• Oil and gas production experience is a huge plus.

HSE Instructor

Main requirements for the position:

• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English languages
• Russian language (additional preference)
• Good swimming skills
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to work as an instructor in the pool
• Military service (completed or unfit for service)

Senior Investment Analyst (Department of Transaction Execution)

The Transaction Execution Department of the Investment Analysis and Transactions Department of company ensures the implementation of activities on mergers and acquisitions, disposal of non-strategic assets, establishment of joint ventures. Senior investment analyst – performs economic analysis of merger and acquisition projects, participates in determining the value of target assets, conducting negotiations on project implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of financial statements of target enterprises and preparation of valuation models
• Organization of audit (due diligence) process and work with consultants within the framework of possible company mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects
• Preparation of investment presentations, investment recommendation reports
• Review of commercial aspects of share sale/purchase agreements

Job Requirements:

• Must have 3 years of work experience in a position performing a similar function
• Higher education in Business, Economics and Finance
• Working freely with MS Office programs
• Must have deep knowledge of investment analysis, financial reporting, strategic planning
• Must have positive qualities such as work responsibility, initiative and attentiveness
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages
• Work experience in the oil and gas sector is an advantage
• ACCA, CIMA, CFA certifications preferred
