Vəzifənin məqsədi:

SƏTƏMM üzrə texnik əməliyyat qrupları ilə birlikdə fəaliyyət göstərərək ən yüksək SƏTƏMM standartlarına nail olunmasına,onların qorunub saxlanılmasına və iş sahələrində SƏTƏMM dəstəyi və nəzarətinin təmin edilməsinə məsuliyyət daşıyır

Vəzifə öhdəlikləri:

• SƏTƏMM mədəniyyətini güclü və aktiv şəkildə təşviq etmək;
• SƏTƏMM ilə bağlı məsələlərdə bütün işçilər ilə fəal qarşılıqlı əməkdaşlıq;
• İdarəetmə və təkmilləşdirmə vasitələri ilə bağlı bütün işçilər və şöbələr arasında açıq dialoqun təşviqi;
• SƏTƏMM ilə bağlı görüşlərdə və yoxlamalarda iştirak və onlara töhfə verçək;
• Şirkətin işə nəzarət prosesləri və təhlükəsiz iş təcrübələrinin fəal şəkildə təşviq etmək;
• Mövcud və yeni işçilərin və heyətin şirkətin SƏTƏMM siyasətləri və prosedurları ilə tanış etmək;
• SƏTƏMM üzrə yerli qanunvericilik, zəruri hallarda şirkətin prosedurlarının və siyasətlərinin ISO 45001:2018, 14001:2015 9001:2015 və digər beynəlxalq standartların tələblərinə uyğunluğunu təmin etmək;
• Rəhbər heyət tərəfindən müəyyən edilən qaydada Şirkətin SƏTƏMM siyasətinin tələblərinə əməl etmək;
• SƏTƏMM üçün tələb olunan hər hansı hesabat və materialların tərtib və təqdim etmək;
• SƏTƏMM mədəniyyətinin həyata keçirilməsini təmin etmək üçün SƏTƏMM qrupuna dəstək göstərmək;
• SƏTƏMM məlumatları və qeydlərinin asanlıqla əldə oluna bilməsi üçün onları səmərəli idarə etmək;
• Avadanlıqların (qaz detektorları, səs ölçən və alkotestr və s. cihazlar) saz vəziyyətdə olmasını yoxlamaq;
• Bütün sahələrdə daxili auditləri aparmaq;
• Tələb üzrə işdən öncə təlimat, daxili təlimləri təmin etmək;
• İş sahələrinə tapşırıqların təhlükəsiz idarə edilməsi, işə nəzarət sistemlərinin tətbiqi və bütün təhlükəsiz iş prinsiplərinin təmin edilməsində dəstək göstərmək;

Tələblər:

• Müvafiq sahə üzrə bakalavr elmi dərəcəsi və/və ya Beynəlxalq Təhlükəsizlik Sertifikatlarının olması arzuolunandır
• Əməyin mühafizəsi və təhlükəsizliyi prinsiplərinin başa düşülməsi daxil olmaqla müvafiq praktiki təcrübə
• ISO 45001:2018, 14001:2015 9001:2015 
• Xüsusilə SƏTƏMM standartlarına əməl olunması ilə bağlı güclü, aydın kommunikasiya bacarıqları
• Dil bilikləri (İngilis dili ən azı başlanğıc səviyyə);
• Microsoft Office proqramlarında işləmək bacarığı (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Ünsiyyət bacarığı.

Communications Senior Specialist

Summary:

Communications senior specialist assists in managing corporate communications services.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting in content plan creation for each of selected audiences;
• Supporting website and social media management;
• Supporting the content plan development and execution for each of the selected audiences and social media platforms;
• Supporting content and editorial messaging (text/press release/photo/images);
• Supporting organizing SOCAR Downstream’s events/projects of all scales with strong focus on participants to assure top quality and efficiency; 
• Compiling press releases after event;
• Communicating with internal and external audience;
• Completing the given tasks on time, accurately, with quality and completely;
• Performing one’s duties appropriately, timely and competently, and technical approves for further usage of equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in journalism, management or a similar field;
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Media/Communication/Events with excellent industry knowledge;
• A solid creative and operational background (Background in journalism is a plus);
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
• Excellent understanding of local/international digital landscape regarding website, social network, and communications management.

Any other specific requirements:

• Analytic thinking with the ability to translate into strategy and concrete initiatives;
• Intermediate English skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
• Proactive and creative, problem solver.

Network Engineer (Operation Technologies)

Summary:

This position is responsible for the technical design, commissioning and management processes of network and communication infrastructure, management of security devices&components which are in the field of Operation Technologies responsibility. It performs the operation, maintenance and management processes of the related systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure and reliable OT network infrastructure;
• Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, routers, and other network devices;
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments;
• Troubleshoot network issues and resolve them in a timely manner;
• Maintain accurate documentation of the OT network infrastructure;
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration between the OT and IT networks;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in OT network security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field; 
• Minimum 5 years of experience with WAN, LAN, VLAN, SSL, NAC, IPSec protocols;
• Knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC etc;
• Strong foundation in cybersecurity technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS);
• Network engineer certifications, such as CCNP&CCNA is desirable;
• Knowledge of Network Monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix .etc) is desirable;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently;
• Fluent English language skills;
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
