Summary:

Responsibilities:

Ensure that optimum support to Health and Industrial Hygiene management is provided;

Vəzifə öhdəlikləri:

Müəssisənin müəyyən edilmiş texniki nəzarət tədbirlərini həyata keçirmək;
Mövcud qaydalar, sənayenin ən yaxşı təcrübələri, beynəlxalq norma və standartlara əsaslanaraq mexaniki bütövlük fəaliyyətini həyata keçirmək;
Müvafiq qeyd və məlumatların dolğun, düzgün rəsmiləşdirilməsinin aparılması, audit tərəfinə təqdim edilməsi üçün hazırlanmasını təmin etmək;
Avadanlıqların təhlükəsiz istismarına, yoxlanmasına, çıxdaş edilməsinə və təmirinə aid mütərəqqi üsulları öyrənmək və istehsalata tətbiq etmək; İstehsalatların (sahələrin) mühəndis-texniki işçiləri ilə birlikdə ayrı-ayrı avadanlıqlarda yoxlama, baxış və sınaqların aparılmasında iştirak etmək;
Komitə üzvü kimi Risk Əsaslı Nəzarət və Texniki Nəzarət İdarəetmə işçi qruplarında iştirak etmək, rəy və təkliflər vermək və nəticələri həyata keçirmək;
Texniki nəzarət prosedurlarını və təlimatlarını hazırlanmasında iştirak etmək; Texniki nəzarət işçilərinin, o cümlədən subpodratçıların müvafiq prosedurlara, standartlara və spesifikasiyalara uyğun işləməsini təmin etmək və onlara nəzarət etmək;
Texniki nəzarət və sınaq planlarının hazırlanmasını dəstəkləmək və bu sənədlərdə qeyd olunan fəaliyyətlərə nəzarət etmək və həyata keçirmək;
Statik avadanlıqların (borular, qoruyucu klapanlar, siyirtmələr, təzyiq altında işləyən qablar və s ) satınalmalarında texniki təsdiq prosesinin dəstəklənməsini, tədarükçünün sahədəki işlərini izləmək;
Nəticələr və tövsiyələr daxil olmaqla, texniki nəzarət fəaliyyətləri haqqında hesabatların hazırlanması və təsdiq üçün təqdim edilməsi, müvafiq məlumat və hesabatların Elektron İdarəetmə proqramında qeyd edilməsi və ya təmin edilməsini həyata keçirmək;
Auditin nəticələri barədə Texniki nəzarət böyük mühəndisini məlumatlandırmaq;
Aylıq texniki nəzarət hesabatlarının hazırlamaq və Texniki nəzarət üzrə böyük mühəndisə təqdim etmək;
Təsdiq edilmiş cədvəllər əsasında mövcud qaydalar, texniki şərt və normalara uyğun olaraq istehsal sahələrinin avadanlığın texniki vəziyyətinə cavabdeh mühəndis-texniki işçiləri ilə birlikdə avadanlıqlarda keyfiyyətə müvafiq yoxlamalar aparmaq;
Avadanlıqların təmiri zamanı qüsur cədvəllərində təmir işlərinin həcminin yoxlama çıxdaş aktlarına uyğun olmasına nəzarət etmək; Avadanlıqların pasportlarının tərtib edilməsinə, lazım gəldikdə düzəliş və əlavələrin vaxtlı-vaxtında aparılmasına nəzarət etmək;
Avadanlıqların quraşdırılması, rekonstruksiyası və təmirindən sonra qəbulunda iştirak etmək və texniki sənədlərin qəbuluna, sənədlərin düzgün və dolğunluğuna nəzarət etmək;
Yükqaldırıcı mexanizmlərin işləmə müddətinin hesabatını aparmaq, xidmətlər tərəfindən texniki baxış və yoxlamaların keçirilməsinə, keyfiyyətli istismar qaydalarına müvafiq olaraq işləməsinə nəzarət etmək;
Boru xətləri üçün avadanlıqların və Korroziyaya Nəzarət Zonalarının (KNZ) müəyyən edilməsi, nəzərdən keçirilməsi və təkmilləşdirilməsində iştirak etmək, texniki nəzarət və sınaq məlumatlarını toplamaq, (Asset Integrity Management ) Bütünlüyün İdarəolunması proqramı ilə avadanlığın istismar tarixini izləmək və yeniləmək;
QK (PSV)-ın sınaq və dərəcələmə (kalibrləmə) proseslərinə nəzarət etmək və sınaq qeydlərini saxlamaq;
Avadanlıq və boru kəmərlərində təmir işləri üçün iş sifarişlərini hazırlanmaq;
Lazım olduqda ACA, RCM, HAZOP, SIL, 5WHY, RCA və s. işçi qruplarında fəal iştirak etmək və müvafiq tədbirlər görmək;
NEZ və Neft-Kimya sahəsinin təhlükəsizlik tələbləri və hədəfləri barədə məlumatlı olmaq, işçi heyətini və subpodratçıları buna uyğun istiqamətləndirmək. Məsul olduğu ərazidə bədbəxt hadisələrin qarşısının alınması məqsədilə qüvvədə olan SƏTƏMM qaydalarına riayət olunması üçün zəruri nəzarəti həyata keçirmək, aidiyyəti işçilərə xəbərdarlıq etmək;
Texniki nəzarət məsələləri üzrə qərarların qəbul edilməsinə dəstək olmaq;
Statik avadanlıq üçün quraşdırma vasitələrinin yaradılması və mövcud olanların yenilənməsini həyata keçirmək;
Təftiş, sınaq, nəzarət avadanlığı və cihazlarının müvafiq qaydada istifadə edilməsini, və saxlanmasına nəzarət etmək;
Statik avadanlıqların və ehtiyat hissələrinin məsul olduğu sahə üzrə satınalma tələbnaməsini yaratmaq, iddiaçıların texniki dəyərləndirilməsini həyata keçirərək qiymətləndirmə forması imzalamaq və bütün texniki məqamlardan məsuliyyət daşımaq;
Avadanlıqların quruluşu, keyfiyyəti, iş xüsusiyyətləri, texniki istismar qaydaları texniki şərtləri haqqında təlimatları mükəmməl öyrənmək.

Tələblər:

Müvafiq sahə üzrə bakalavr təhsili (Mexanika mühəndisliyi, Metallurgiya mühəndisliyi və s.);
Müvafiq sahə üzrə ən azı 2 il müvafiq iş təcrübəsi;
CSWIP Welding Inspector 3.1 və ya 3.2 sertifikatının olması üstünlükdür;
APİ 510, 570, 571, 653, 572 – hər hansı biri və ya bir neçəsinin olması arzu olunandır;
Aktiv səviyyədə 2 SNT 1C və ya EN 9712 NS (PT), US (UT), MSS (MT), VT, RT – hər hansı biri və ya bir neçəsinin olması üstünlükdür;

Operation Technologies Infrastructure Engineer

Summary:

To ensure the design, commissioning and execution of Operational Technologies Critical Infrastructures, Operational Software and related components in line with department standards and strategies throughout business unit. It follows the processes of establishment, commissioning and operation of critical infrastructures in accordance with the standards within its area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

To design the Operations Technologies infrastructure, which consists of critical infrastructures, Control Systems (such as DCS, Scada, ESD), operational software, data centers, systems, network and telecommunication components, clients and security components in the institution, in a way that will operate in a robust, reliable and stable manner, maintenance processes to monitor and support advanced (Level-2 and Level-3) needs, to make improvement and development plans, to follow the realization of updates, to manage and implement the supplier processes necessary for resolution;
To keep the inventory information of critical infrastructures up-to-date;
To analyze report and suggest appropriate technologies for improvement, to follow these processes, to manage projects regarding systems and software and components within its area of responsibility;
Analyzing the Virtualization Infrastructure, servers, data storage environments and components, supporting its operation, analyzing the update and expansion needs, determining and commissioning the requirements;
To identify the problems related to the area of responsibility within the framework of coordination, cooperation and communication with the relevant departments like Maintenance, Operation, Technical Services, Advanced Process Control etc., to provide solutions, to guide the team in this process;
To act in accordance with the company’s policies, mission, vision, corporate values, legal and other requirements as well as company ethical rules, policies, procedures, instructions, strategies and objectives; ensuring the adoption and dissemination of the relevant rules, policies and other requirements by the personnel in the positions under it; Informing the relevant units in case of any discrepancies observed within the company on these issues;

Warehousing Specialist

Summary:

Warehousing specialist participates in the physical receipt, inspection, placement of incoming materials, storage of materials in the warehouse and issuance of the materials to end-users, and as required coordinates all said operations.

Responsibilities:

Planning of goods receipt events and filling the Daily Material Receipt Report;
Verification of the received material conformity based on the relevant contract and shipping documents;
Carrying out inspections in accordance with RFI (Request for Inspection form) preparing it for each incoming material and making appropriate notes on the RFI form if Overage, Shortage, Damage or Nonconformity to shipping documents is identified;
Completion of Overage, Shortage, Damage or Nonconformity (OS&D) report, ensuring accurate identification of non-conformance and submission of OS&D report to Expediting Team;
Participating in regular physical counts of warehouse inventory to ensure continued compliance and data accuracy;
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including compliance with all relevant HSE procedures and regulations;
Accurate inventory accounting and timely updating of inventory data in relevant systems (SAP ERP, Server, etc.);
Directing material and equipment to designated storage locations;
Regular inspection of the stored materials and immediate notification to the direct management about any damage that may have occurred during storage;
Suggesting and participating in the creation of a new procedure when it is revealed that any process related to warehouse management is not formalized;
Ensuring the availability of all required labels (on walls, shelves, etc.);
Management of material handling equipment if necessary (forklift, electric forklift, etc.);
Identifying potential problem areas, immediately informing management and taking appropriate action to find solutions;
Providing prompt and appropriate response to all inquiries regarding the scope of work;

Requirements:

Degree and / or qualification in Business Administration or related field (alternatively minimum 10 year experience in the same field);
Evidence of trainings and certifications in related field;
Minimum 5 year experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Sector;

Any other specific requirements:

Knowledge and experience performing basic math functions;
Microsoft Office knowledge;
Fluent Azerbaijani and English language skills;
Preferably driving license.

Advanced experience in configuration and management of firewall policies, IPSEC, ACL, routing, switching;
Extensive knowledge of routing protocols, layer 2 protocols, TCP/IP, SSL, TLS and application layer protocols including HTTP, SSH, SSL, DNS, etc.;
Experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices;
Experience in managing network devices, routers, switches and firewall (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.);
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols;

Plant Protection Lead Engineer
